The LAC UTILITIES area includes Burlington Beach, Blackhawk Beach, Hillcrest Beach and Edgewater Beach; and Kingsridge North, Ridgewood Creek, Walden, Woodmere, Stonehenge and Wildrose subdivisions.

Trick or Treat Fun Nite includes trick-or-treating at downtown businesses. Cider, and hayrides around the downtown square and photos courtesy of Centier Bank.

Farmer's Market is an opportunity for the community to support their local growers by purchasing home grown products. Local growers set-up on the downtown courthouse square and offer the community fresh produce of the season including bedding plants in May, vegetables throughout the summer, and pumpkins, squash, and outdoor decorations in October.

Included is the gas can exchange program. Exchange your old gas can for a new, environmentally friendly 2.5 gallon CARB gas can. Limit: one new can per family.

CAN DISPOSE OF: Aerosols, Automotive Supplies, Batteries, Corrosives, Mercury Containing Products (ie: silver bulbs, fluorescent tubes, etc.), Paint & Related Products, Pesticides, Waste Fuels (ie: diesel, gasoline, kerosene, etc.)

CANNOT DISPOSE OF: Ammunition & Explosives (call local fire department for disposal), Commercial Hazardous Waste, Latex Paint (remove lid from can, allow to dry, and dispose with regular garbage).
